Project main goal: Create an electronic sales platform and customer self-service decision in order to increase the company’s revenue growth.
Implementation of e-commerce model: creation of a new e-sales platform. During the project, an innovative service sales model will be created and implemented, when a customer who wants to receive data from a drone (photos or video) fills out a special sales platform questionnaire (on the customer self-service platform), makes a service purchase, and the drone network system operator launches the drone and provides the data.
The project is financed by the European Regional Development Fund, as a response from the European Union to the COVID-19 pandemic.
